Terms of Stay

Booking & confirmation

A reservation is confirmed when reception sends a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) referencing your name, dates and room category. Tariff is quoted at the time of confirmation.

Check-in & check-out

  • Check-in: 12:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early arrival and late check-out are subject to availability — please request in advance
  • A government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in for every adult guest

Cancellation

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled check-in
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: one night's tariff is charged
  • No-show: full charge for the first night
  • To cancel, contact reception by phone, WhatsApp or email with your booking reference

House rules

  • No smoking inside the rooms (designated outdoor areas available)
  • No loud music or noise after 10 PM
  • No outside food or drink in the rooms
  • Children below 5 stay free with parents in the same bedding
  • Pets are not permitted at this time
  • Damages to room property will be charged at replacement cost

Group & event bookings

Group bookings (10+ rooms) and meeting hall reservations have separate terms confirmed at the time of booking. A 25% advance is typically required for events.

Liability

Deepak Lodge is not responsible for loss of personal valuables left unattended in rooms or common areas. Please use the in-room storage or request a locker at reception.
